Virtual character and AI transparency

Aïra is a fictional, virtual artist. Her images, videos and voice are generated with artificial intelligence under the publisher's creative direction. She is not a real person and does not depict or imitate any real person. Every visual is labelled “AI-generated · Images virtuelles”. We follow the transparency rules of Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) and Italian AI law no. 132/2025. Sponsored content is disclosed as advertising under the Italian Consumer Code and AGCOM influencer guidelines; content aimed at a French audience also carries the “Images virtuelles” mention required by French law no. 2023-451.

Terms of use

  • The site is free to use and requires no account.
  • All content (character, name, visuals, videos, sounds, texts, logo) is protected under Italian copyright law (law no. 633/1941). Private viewing only. Any other use, including scraping, text and data mining or training AI models, requires written permission (opt-out under Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790).
  • The contact form opens your email app; nothing is stored on the site. Collaborations are subject to a quote and a written contract.
  • No products are currently sold on this site. Previous e-book buyers can contact business@airablack.com.
  • Italian and EU law apply; the courts of Reggio Emilia have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may sue in their local courts.

Privacy

Data controller: Aria S.r.l. (address above). We only process the data you send us by email, to answer your enquiry (kept for 3 years after the last exchange), plus the host's technical logs. No analytics or advertising cookies are used, and fonts are self-hosted. Spotify and YouTube players only load after you click. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data: write to business@airablack.com. You can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority of your country of residence.
