Terms of sale

1. Seller

The guide is sold by Aria S.r.l., an Italian company, Piazza Zara 1, 42122 Reggio Emilia (RE), Italy (the “Seller”). Contact: business@airablack.com. Further company details are in the legal notice.

2. Product

These terms of sale apply to purchases of the AÏRA METHOD guide on airablack.com: a digital guide in PDF format, in English, of about 110 pages, with practical appendices (media kit template, rate card, email scripts, prompt library, character bible template, legal checklist, 30-day plan). The detailed contents are shown on the guide page. It is not a video course or one-to-one coaching. A French edition is sold separately.

3. Price and payment

The price is €67, VAT included (launch price), paid in a single payment. The applicable price is the one shown when you order; it may go up to €97 after the launch period, with no effect on orders already placed. Depending on your country, the payment page may display the price in your local currency. Payment is made online by card or another method offered on the secure checkout page of our payment provider, Stripe. The Seller never has access to your card details.

4. Delivery

The guide is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed: you are redirected to a personal download page. Keep the link to that page and the downloaded file. If you have any trouble, email business@airablack.com from the address used for payment and we will send you the guide.

5. Immediate supply and right of withdrawal

The guide is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By confirming your order, you expressly request immediate access to the guide before the end of the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code; and the equivalent provisions in other countries, such as the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). An order confirmation is sent to you by email.

6. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

Regardless of the above, we offer a commercial guarantee: if the guide isn’t right for you, email business@airablack.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the address used for payment. We will refund the price paid, with no reason required, to the original payment method, usually within a few business days of receiving your request.

7. License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may read and print the guide and use its templates, prompts and emails for your own projects, including commercial ones. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the guide or the download link, in whole or in part.

8. No guaranteed results

The guide presents a method and examples, including the real numbers of Aïra’s account, which are not typical. It does not guarantee any result: followers, views, partnerships or income. Results depend on your work, your niche and the market. Legal information in the guide is general information only and is not legal advice. The third-party tools mentioned (TikTok, Higgsfield, Kling, ElevenLabs, Suno, DistroKid…) have their own terms and prices, which may change.

9. Conformity

You benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and the Italian Consumer Code, and from any equivalent mandatory rights in your country. If the file is defective or unreadable, contact us and we will supply a conforming version.

10. Personal data

The data needed for your order (email, name, country, payment data processed by Stripe) is used to complete the sale, deliver the guide, answer your requests and meet our accounting obligations. See the privacy summary.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian and European Union law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, “Rome I”) and may bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Before taking any action, please write to us so we can find an amicable solution. You may also use a consumer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body of your choice.
